No industry is perfect, but some are certainly more perfect than others. At Wellfully we have a responsibility to diagnose the challenges industries face, then turn our technology to make things better.

With the launch of Swiss brand REDUIT, we’re tackling some of the most pressing problems we see across the beauty industry today.

First up is the tremendous amount of packaging waste, with reports suggesting more than 120 billion units of packaging are produced every year by the global cosmetics industry.

Second is how frequently water is used as a cheap filler to bulk out beauty cleansers and creams in order to increase the volume being sold.

And finally, token ingredients are all too often added just to sound good to the customer. In other words, they give the product appeal, but fail to make any tangible difference to the product’s performance.

These are just some of the things we wish to address when we launch REDUIT‘s first product line.

While details launch are top-secret currently, what we can reveal is this: our team is 100% focused on maximizing the efficiency of ingredients to do our part in reducing packaging waste. More than that though, we’re committed to including ONLY the ingredients that make a difference.

In 2020, with all the challenges we face in terms of climate change, it really is the least we can do.

And humbly speaking, when those first REDUIT products are unveiled in January 2020, other companies are going to be challenged to follow suit.
